Dear Parents, We are coming to the close of the 2012-13 school year and it has been a busy and successful year! The end of the year is always exciting for our seniors! We have many events and senior activities planned for our seniors and we want them to finish strong! Graduation will take place at Colony High School on Tuesday May 21st at 6:00pm! Summer School will begin Tuesday May 28th and end Thursday June 27th. Summer School begins at 8am and ends at 12:30pm. I want to thank you for your ongoing support this year! Our parents have been a big part of our schools success. I look forward to working closely with you as we close this year and we begin the 2013-14 School Year. For this reason, Chaffey, Montclair, and Ontario High Schools have applied for an After School Safety and Enrichment for Teens (ASSETs) grant that will provide much needed funding to establish community learning centers that provide students in grades 9-12 with academic opportunities and activities designed to complement the students' regular academic program, assist students in passing the California High School Exit Exam (CAHSEE), assist with literacy and related educational development services for families of these students, and provide a safe environment for students participating in their programs. |
